TRI-STATE CREAMERY

This building which once was home to a creamery has been repurposed into office and retail space in a full renovation that entailed exposing and sandblasting the quartzite walls, wood floor joists and the wood floors. New energy efficient windows with a historic look and an industrial looking open stairway to the second floor created great professional space renting potential it would have never had otherwise.
