With over 40 years in the construction industry, Paul’s experience includes 15 years of field experience, three years as a superintendent and 34 years of estimating experience. His relaxed nature suits the challenges he faces in his work. Paul keeps his cool under pressure and does whatever is needed to get the job done. He has worked almost exclusively with Dakota Wesleyan University over the past eight years, completing eight projects ranging from a four-story science center to a quick one-month classroom remodel. He handles his relationships with subcontractors in a stern but respectful manner. That ability contributed to all eight projects with Dakota Wesleyan University being completed early or on time based on the critical path project schedule.
